STAY TOASTY – FURNACE GIVEAWAY

One (1) winner will receive a Trane S9X2 Gas Furnace (Model: S9X2B080U4PSB), which will be appropriately sized for the winner’s home (ranging from 40,000 to 120,000 BTUs), and includes:

• Complete furnace installation, including ductwork, thermostat, labour, and all required materials.
• Installation will be performed by Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services’ certified technicians, including Red Seal Journeymen Gasfitters.
• Gas permit for the area of installation.
• Full duct cleaning of the home’s ventilation system.
• 10-year parts warranty, 10 year labour warranty and lifetime heat exchangers.

Approximate retail value: $7,500 CAD.
No substitutions or cash alternatives are available. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw, with one winner selected and announced on December 11, 2026.

The winner will be announced on our social media channels and contacted using the information provided on their entry form.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized and sponsored by Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services, located in Edmonton, Alberta. For questions, contact us at 780-438-2900.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and win:

• Entrants must be legal residents of one of the following areas: Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Morinville, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and Ardrossan.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Homeownership is required; prize installation will only be provided to homeowners.
• The home must have an existing forced air furnace system.
• The following property types are excluded: rental properties, mobile homes, apartments, and commercial buildings.
• Residences that have more than (1) forced air furnace will only be eligible to replace the main floor furnace. If homeowner would like additional furnaces replaced, there would be a cost to have this completed.
• Applicant MUST complete required actions on Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services Social Media Requirements for entry to be valid.

      3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 18, 2026 and ends on December 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be accepted.

1. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries on December 11, 2026. The winner will be:

• Contacted directly by phone or email.
• Publicly announced on Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services’ Social Media Pages.

If the selected winner does not respond within 1 business day, an alternate winner may be selected.

1. Installation Requirements

Installation must occur at the winner’s primary residence, located within the specified service areas. Property must:

• Have a functioning forced-air duct system.
• Be accessible and suitable for safe furnace installation.

If installation is deemed unsafe or not feasible by our certified technicians, Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate.

       8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services the right to use their name, photo, and city of residence in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional campaigns, without further compensation.

     9. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services, which are final and binding.
• The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited.
• Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries due to system errors, website issues, or other technical malfunctions.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason without notice.

All personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
