My furnace stop working over the long weekend while my extended family was on their way to stay with me. I called Four Seasons and was being admittedly difficult due to the stress of the situation I was in and the tech was incredibly patient with me and was at my front door within the hour. He clearly knew what he was doing and had my furnace up and running long before my family arrived. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone who finds themselves in a total emergency!!!
Amazing service. I have been using Four Season Furnace for a number of years now for both furnace cleaning and furnace installation in my personal residence and my rental properties. The crew that comes out to my property are professional, clean, polite and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves and I have absolutely no complaint on the work they do. They have amazing customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
We had our ducts cleaned & we were told we probably needed a new furnace. We received an estimate & had a new furnace & water tank installed. We were very pleased with the product, service, & scheduling. The staff arrived promptly & completed the scheduled work in a timely manner. The work was completed as per the estimate. The staff were knowledgeable & capable & left the area clean & tidy. Great service - thanks.
Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services was out for my furnace and vent cleaning over the weekend and they did an outstanding job. The team was punctual, very personable and respectful of my home (and my white carpets!) They identified a hole in my venting that could have left my family in a dangerous situation. Will definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend their services!
We had very prompt and excellent service from Mitchell at Four Seasons Furnace. he came on Saturday and diagnosed and repaired our furnace igniter issue, explained and showed us some of the concerns he had with our 20 year old model, and options for replacement. Thanks for making a stressful situation easier to deal with, we will be for sure going with them on our upgrade, in the near future!
